Could you, please, attach the DominoInstall.log?

While I am trying to reproduce.
If re-running setup helps - I'll need to have the log of both attempts too..
I assume that you didn't uninstall the previous server, but installed on top (which should be perfectly fine).
I wonder if anyone had it happen with w64 Domino, or it is always w32 Domino on w64 2008.
